Your Role

As a Services Manager, you'll play a crucial role within our Customer Care Team, responsible for delivering exceptional service to your assigned customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Acting as the central point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth communication between all involved parties
• Collaborating with colleagues, including Services Managers, Cloud & Infrastructure Engineers, and Services & Support Engineers
