JD of Press Tool Designer –

1. Should have the knowledge of design in 3D and 2D auto cad.
2. We have the 3D software of solid works / Catia V5 / AutoCAD .
3. Should have the knowledge of progressive tool design in 3D and 2D auto cad.
4. Knowledge of deep drawn tooling, various type of forming tooling and variable tool designing.
5. To calculate the process / operation sequence and stage wise tooling accordingly with respect to customer drawing.
6. Should have the knowledge of sheet metal fabrication jobs.
7. Experience approx.8-10 years in the sheet metal products.
8. Please note responsibility/ job profile as under: -
a. Responsible for carrying out all the drawings of the products.
b. Responsible for creating complete BOMs of the product using Solid works / auto cad /Catia v5 and excel.
c. To create data for wire cut and vmc.
d. Responsible for completion of projects given at regular intervals.
