Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Leadership: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues. Lead, manage, and motivate the inside sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets.
• Team Development: Train new sales representatives to build a strong and effective sales team. Conduct regular performance reviews and create development plans to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.
• Sales Process Management: Oversee the development and implementation of sales processes, policies, and procedures to ensure operational efficiency. Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
