SKINTIFIC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in reviewing contracts, agreements with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL), and marketing documents. This role requires a strong understanding of legal principles and the ability to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and agreements with KOLs and other stakeholders.
• Analyze and ensure compliance of marketing documents with applicable laws and company policies.
• Provide legal advice to the marketing and business development teams.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks related to marketing activities and partnerships.
• Maintain and organize legal documents and records.
• Stay updated on relevant legal and industry developments.
• Collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary.
