Job Description and Main Responsibilities :

This position is created to perform and coordinate treasury processes, cash application, immediate payments and general accounting tasks and ensures their correct and complete accomplishment within a given time frame.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Process accounting settlements and offsets.
• Set exchange rates in K&H and its verification.
• Post all forms of payments (checks, wires, ACH, credit card, lock box and remote, returned checks).
• Report non-applied funds to JIRA system and give daily follow up.
• Write-off open items.
• Issue Cash Position report.
• Post ACH-Debits, Wires, as well as Zero balance to account, US Customs.
• Conciliate bank accounts.
