Responsibilities:

Manage and handling Palm Oil Mill Parts Warehouse

Receiving and Storing Goods:
• Receive and inspect equipment of Palm Oil Mill parts arriving at the warehouse.
• Ensure that the received goods match the orders and are in good condition.
• Store parts according to the set procedures to make them easy to find and maintain their quality.

Inventory Management:
• Record and update stock data regularly.
• Organize and arrange parts in the warehouse for easy access.
• Conduct regular stock counts to ensure accurate inventory data.

Distribution and Shipping:
• Prepare parts for shipment to customers or for use in Palm Oil Mill maintenance.
• Coordinate with the shipping team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Supervision and Maintenance:
• Ensure the cleanliness and security of the warehouse.
