The Manager Control of KWS Vegetables is, together with his team, focused on helping the business to reach the next level on a global scale.

The position

As the Manager Control, you will play a crucial role in elevating the company's business performance by acting as a Business Partner. You will lead a team of three controllers: Operations Controller, a R&D Controller, and a Sales Controller. The team is highly autonomous, cohesive, and works with a significant degree of trust and independence.

As a Business Partner, you will participate in various Crop-teams, which are global, multidisciplinary teams responsible for strategic business initiatives. An entrepreneurial mindset is essential for contributing effectively in these teams. You will have opportunities for long-term growth in this role and within the company. In this function you report directly to the Head of Business and work collaboratively with the Manager Finance and Procurement.
