• Proven experience as an HR Director or similar senior HR role with 10+ years as a leader. Experience in tech, digital, retail a plus
• Demonstrated successful track record of scaling up a fast-growing business, adapting HR strategies to accommodate rapid expansion
• Established frameworks for a diverse workforce
• Demonstrated action-oriented mindset, proactively identifying areas for improvement and taking decisive steps to address challenges and seize opportunities
• Proven experience interacting with and providing guidance to senior leadership
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws in multiple countries
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
