RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and maintain process documentation ensuring that processes and procedures are clearly stated and understandable for technician.
• Monitor and report issues with and molding equipment.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to technician.
• Must be able to work independently on new process development as well as troubleshooting current production issues.
• Investigate and resolve process issues, including defects, inconsistencies, and equipment malfunctions. Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
• Facilitate and support facility and manufacturing safety, environmental, and ergonomics efforts.
