Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Assistant at Ideaz Legacy located in Batu Caves, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Human Resources Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with various HR tasks and processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. You will collaborate with the HR team to support the company's HR initiatives and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Diploma
• in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in HR roles or internships is preferred
