Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Winemaker at The Uitkyk Domain located in Stellenbosch. The Assistant Winemaker will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day winemaking activities, including grape harvesting, fermentation management, blending, and wine analysis. The role also involves cellar organization and inventory management.
