The primary responsibility is to use The Member Advantage sales and service principles while greeting and serving members, providing "hip-to-hip" service in a consultative manner. Position is an introductory role to Wauna and will consistently refer products and services to members to contribute to attainment of CU goals, but is not required to meet sales goals. Position will assist members with: transactions and questions; deposit and loan accounts and services; escalate complaints, member related concerns, procedural and policy concerns and account problems to the appropriate supervisor or department.
