We have an open position for a Client Services Coordinator who is sharp, dedicated and wants to become an integral part of our growing family. This is a full-time, on-site position located in San Diego, CA (92130). Salary Range: $55000 - $65000 / year Responsibilities and Duties: Assist Partners, Managers, and Accountants by providing tax and accounting support and administrative assistance. Review, scan, organize, and verify client documents. Coordinate the collection of documents and information from clients for monthly accounting and tax preparation. Serve as a liaison between tax clients, accounting clients and tax preparers. Manage clients' correspondence, tax and accounting engagement letters, and electronic tax organizers/questionnaires.
