AtyrauResponsibilities:
• Organize the supply of office stationery, food, and other consumable supplies
• Control the working condition of office equipment
• Booking tickets and hotels
• Organizing meetings, gatherings and welcoming guests (serving coffee/tea if necessary)
• Systematization and maintenance of order in organizational documentation
• Maintaining personnel records
• Organizing and conducting interviews
• Preparation of documents and reports (for chief accountant)
• Submission and reconciliation of expense reports (Director)
• Scanning and organizing contracts
• Fulfillment of personal errands of the manager
Requirements:
• Ability to effectively build work processes in multitasking mode
• Communicability, active life position, initiative, punctuality
• Higher / specialized secondary education
• Excellent knowledge of PC (MS Office)
