Qualifications

· Masters / Bachelors in Engineering in Mechanical / Electronics / Automotive domains

· MBA in Business Development is optional

· Min 3 – 8 years of experience in engineering sales

· Bilingual in English and Japanese – spoken / written / reading

· Should possess good understanding of Manufacturing process for the automotive sectors

· Self-driven and highly motivated individual with capability to detect and build business from opportunities

· Capable to work with a high degree of independence and autonomy

· Collaborate with the Delivery and support teams in meeting customer needs and developing long term customer relationship
