Introduction to the job
• Support YieldStar metrology process development and performance improvement for Rapidus in Chitose, Hokkaido

Role and responsibilities
• Understand customer needs, create clear problem description with customer and deliver solutions in an efficient manner
• Lead escalations as customer interface, communicating with ASML experts in Veldhoven (the Netherlands)
• Collaborate across departments to share lessons learned and stay up to date with BKMs (best known methods)
• Manage and maintain relationship with Micron and ASML stakeholders
• Support other ASML products as needed, such as EUV, DUV, VCP, etc.

Education and experience
• Master's degree or Bachelor's degree + 3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry

Skills
• Strong communication skill (verbal, written, presentation)
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skill
• Basic computer proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
• Data analysis skills (Excel, MATLAB, Python, R, etc.)
