We are recruiting for Production Supervisor to join a well established manufacturer in Caerphilly. This role is newly created due to multi million pound investment and you will be able to take advantage of excellent training and ongoing development.

As Production Supervisor You Will
• Use your leadership skills to effectively manage your team
• Effectively manage labour resources and work to the production plan to meet site KPIs at optimal cost.
• Involve yourself in the training and development of your team to achieve optimum production efficiency and product quality.
