Our Building Services team are looking for Facilities Manager to join the team in Scotland.

The purpose of the role will be to report to the Senior Operations Manager and will be responsible for the day-to-day operational delivery.

You'll:
• Control the workflow of Skanska Facilities Services operations and the management of all aspects of the mechanical & electrical contract across the estate
• Deliver the services within the contract in accordance with established contractual, time and budget constraints.
• Manage all commercial, technical and operational aspects of the contract while maintaining sound relationships with the client and Building Users.
• Liaise with client managers; building users, sub-contractors and internal helpdesk team to ensure work is carried out in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Engineer/Technician Management/Supervision and related activities such as Managers audits, H&S support, TBTs
