Team Manager (18.5 Hrs per week) - Gold Community Partnership SureStart Cookstown

Are you passionate about supporting families of young children to help them give their child the best start in life? Gold SureStart is offering an exciting opportunity for those interested in a career in service development and staff management in Early Years.

Gold Community Partnership is a SureStart service funded by Department of Education to deliver a range of services to children under 4 years and their families including ante natal parents in specified wards areas in Mid Ulster District Council.

The successful candidate will join the management team of a large multi-disciplinary staff group.

The role will include:
• Supporting and supervising a staff team
• Facilitating team meetings
• Carrying out relevant line management responsibilities
• Contributing to service planning
• Supporting the Children's Services Manager in overall service management
