Certikin is looking for an experienced Export Administrator to join our team.

The successful candidate will proactively support the companies international sales operations with administration support. This will include:
• Processing export trade customer orders via various methods
• Processing of our customer orders including the preparation and issuing of quotations
• Processing invoices and managing the dispatch process

You will be a point of contact for our overseas customers in relation to queries via both telephone and email ensuring a high standard of customer service.

You will be required to liase with other departments within Certikin and our parent company Fluidra to ensure that a high standard of Customer Service levels are met.

About You
• Previous experience working in a Export role would be advantageous.
• You will have strong organisation skills
