Swan Mill Paper Company is a well established UK leader in the manufacture and supply of quality tableware, catering disposables and Christmas crackers produced under the Swantex brand as well as own label.

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Engineer to join our highly experienced team at our production site in north Kent.

You will be performing all customary engineering activity during a conventional shift pattern, with great emphasis on machine efficiency and productivity.

You will:
• Respondi to machine failures in a timely manner and record any corrective actions in shift logbook.
• Liaise with supervisors and members of other departments to plan machine maintenance.
• Complete planned maintenance and report any follow up work and parts used.
• Suggest/implement improvements to improve waste, energy use and efficiency
• Assist contractors on site when carry out services/inspections.
• Identify machine OEM parts from drawings for stock control.
