Job Title: Support Secretary for Looked After Children and Child Protection

Band: 3

Location: UHNM

Hours of Duty: 37.5 hrs (Mon-Fri some 5pm finishes)

Managerially accountable to: Operational Services Manager

Professionally accountable to: Directorate Manager

Key Relationships: All members of the Directorate Management Team Administration and clerical staff Medical, nursing and midwifery staff and other staff within the Directorate/Trust as appropriate. External contacts, relevant to the nature of the work of the Directorate/Trust, including patients and visitors as appropriate

The post holder will play a key role in the day to day administration for the Child Protection and LAC Teams and will have the ability to work on their own initiative to identify and problem-solve issues as they arise.
