Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Chef to join our team in preparing delicious meals and overseeing kitchen operations. It is essential to be able to cover the head chef on his days off while keeping the food to a high standard. Daytime, evening and weekend shifts are required.

Hourly rate/salary will depend on experience and will be discussed with the candidate on completion of an interview.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee food preparation, ensuring high-quality dishes are served
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
- Monitor food production to ensure efficiency and timeliness
- Collaborate with restaurant management to meet customer needs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
