About The Role

Our IT team keeps the front line connected at every angle, ensuring that daily IT functions meet the business's needs. By providing support in line with agreed service levels and recommending ongoing improvements, you will be integral to our operation.

As a Technical Support / Helpdesk Professional, you will be on the front line, supporting customers and employees experiencing technical issues. Your role involves identifying problems, advising on solutions, categorizing, researching, and resolving technical concerns. You will answer inquiries in person, via telephone, Teams, email, or voicemail, concerning computer hardware/software issues, including printing, word processing, email, and operating systems.

Milton Keynes- This role is primarily office-based, hybrid working is an option with 1-2 days a week working from home. The IT Service Desk operates Monday to Friday, 0800hrs - 1800hrs, with core hours staggered to provide full coverage.
