As part of the Data Protection Team you will play a crucial role in safeguarding sensitive information and upholding data rights.

Duties of post will include retrieving files from paper records storage facility, preparing files for scanning, scanning and indexing files and reviewing files against a retention policy, and co-ordinating their collection and destruction by an external company.

You should have a good general standard of education (GCSEs, NVQ or equivalent) along with experience in administration of records including cataloguing and indexing and be competent in electronic records management including using retention policies and classification.
