Role Description

Our client are looking for a Unified Communications Service Delivery Manager
• Telecoms Services: Responsibility for corporate and operational telecoms services, including management of third-party contracts and support for LAN/WAN, microwave connectivity, mobile device management, and other telecoms services supporting the operational network.
• ITIL Processes: Joint responsibility for all ITIL processes, including the transition of new and retiring telecoms services.
• Business Continuity Plans: Ownership and maintenance of business continuity plans for telecoms services.

Key Responsibilities
• Team Management: Lead teams to deliver telecoms roadmaps, ensuring project delivery deadlines and maintaining BAU service levels.
• People Management: Lead a team of over 20 direct reports.
• Supplier Performance Management: Oversee performance management of suppliers providing telecoms and mobile support services.
