We require a Accounts Assistants to start in Borehamwood for a Permanent Contract working for a leading property management business. You'll be liaising directly with the finance manager. Brilliant opportunity to build a career with a very respected client, with an opportunity for career progression. Must have property experience with Accounts. Being qualified is a plus.

Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience

Location: Borehamwood, Hertfordshire

Shift Type: Monday - Friday

Key Requirements:
• Ensure all accounts executive/payable, budgets, accounts, payments, reconciliations, Customer focused worker who’s able to manage their own work to meet deadlines as well as maintaining performance standards.
• Prepare accounts monthly/quarterly variance analysis
• Posting purchase invoices - matching and checking invoices to work orders on planner
