I am looking for a Housing Options Officer to join a brilliant team for a Local Authority within Essex to get started as soon as possible!

The Role
• Provide a front line service to customers, who are seeking advice/assistance with regards to their housing needs
• Undertake formal investigations under Pt VII Housing Act 1996 (as amended)
• Issue Section 184 decisions within the required timescales
• Produce Personal Housing Plans (PHP)

Office presence: 5 days over the first 4 weeks of employment - following this, 2/3 day hybrid working pattern.

Rate: 30-35 (dependant on knowledge).

Contract length: 3 months

It is required that you have experience working in Housing Options!
