Key Responsibilities:
• Establish Finance processes relating to inventory and Toll Manufacturing of products being transferred to Pharma AG
• Establishment of new processes related to trading with affiliates and transactions in plants abroad
• Establish Cutover process and controls to manage blackout period due to system shutdown related to LDC go live
• Master Data: understand all changes required and impact on FRA. Work with Supply Chain to update material master
• Reconciliation and controls
• Coordinate and reach-out to GSOs when insight is required to ensure adherence to Standard Process
• Partner with ERP IT in understanding how the current set-up will need to be updated
• FCRS - Alignment on the methodology with Consolidation & Reporting team
• Ensure proper screening and UAT Testing
• Check entries booked in SAP
• Lead and organize FCRS testing
