Your Role
• Draft and revise complex legal documents for M&A, corporate reorganizations, and tax matters.
• Manage due diligence, corporate registrations, and maintenance.
• Review corporate records, ensuring compliance and upholding the integrity of minute books.
• Liaise effectively with clients and legal personnel, mentoring junior staff along the way.
• Conduct research on legal procedures and regulations, staying ahead of the curve in our practice area.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in Corporate M&A.
