Family School Liaison Worker (FSLW) Full-Time Temporary Position to end June 30 , 202 5 The role of the Family School Liaison Worker (FSLW) is to work collaboratively as part of the school-based team to ensure that students' social and emotional needs are met within the context of an inclusive educational system. FSLW acts as the connection between families, students, educators, and the community.

There are four main elements to the role which includes bridging a connection between school and family, connecting families to outside agencies and resources, providing one-on-one and group support for students, and being a valuable resource for students, families, and staff.
