Main Tasks
• Window person to customer for line technical issues and coordinate customer’s complaint to ensure each problem solved timely and successfully.
• Harmonize and prioritize technical standards and requirements cross lines and teams.
• Functionally head technical service staffs at the customer’s site and train and guide them to optimize the paint techniques according to the real status, reduce the unit consumption and paint costs.
• Manage customer’s requirements and developments, i.e. receive, bundle, forward, initiate and monitor actions and acquire and continuously enhance his / her market knowledge and information on competitors.
