Adamas Ltd is looking for competent and committed candidates for the post of Accounts Officer. The candidate must possess good communication and interpersonal skills. Working experience with Pastel Accounting Software would be an advantage.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Provide accounting and clerical support to the Finance Department
• Data entry into the accounting software
• Verify and process invoices for payment.
• Prepare manual cheques as and when required.
• Prepare and Process payment through Internet Banking.
• Assist in part of Accounts Receivable function.
• Assist in the preparation of payroll.
• Any other cognate duties

Profile
• Candidates must be self-organised and be attentive to details.
• Ability to work in a team
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Positive mind-set with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in Sage (Pastel) would be advantageous.
• Understanding of FACTA would be an advantage
