SUMMARY: Assisting and advising the Assistant General Manager (Reforestation) on site and soil classification for forestry soils.

Job Requirements:
• Degree in Geology / Soil science
• Possess fieldwork experience, data analysis skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge and experience in forestry practices and principles will be an added advantage

Job Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and interpret soils and soil-related data.
• Perform extensive research on soil morphology and soil forming factors, soil chemistry, soil physics, and soil biology.
• Coordinate research programs and conduct site classification studies to determine the best site / species matching for fast-growing plantation species.
