Minimum Qualifications

Acceptable Experience and Education
Bachelor's degree in social work, behavioral science, human services or related degree, plus a minimum of one (1) year of experience in adult case management and program development, community outreach, volunteer coordination, with two (2) years of experience working with the homeless or a low income population preferred.

Or any other equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Certificates and Licenses Required
Must have or obtain by date of hire a valid driver's license applicable to job responsibilities, with a driving record acceptable to the County of El Paso.
