The primary purpose of this position is to lead the pharmacy leadership team in our stores with the execution of our RxEvolution, while adhering to company policies, procedures and programs that help our customers achieve our purpose of whole health for life, while earning and keeping their trust, and maximizing clinical services, AIM, integrative medicine, script growth, margin and profitability, and effective communication, conflict resolution and the ability to inspire the pharmacy team.
