Position Overview:
Join our team as a Customer Support Advisor for a leading global home furnishings retailer. In this fully remote role based in Braga or in Portugal, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and a vital brand ambassador. If you enjoy delivering excellent customer service, this is your opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Enthusiastically and professionally assist customers through inbound calls.
• Provide information about products and attempt to close sales over the phone.
• Support customers with delivery issues, including tracking deliveries, resolving delivery problems, and checking stock availability.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide support for account management and software functionality.
• Deliver accurate and real-time responses to customer inquiries.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken.

Key Requirements:
