Job Purpose & Scope

Responsible for upkeeping of automation systems, its equipment’s,programs and documentation during normal operation of the plant. Then, as a person in charge of plant maintenance (electrical and instrumentation), should performs maintenance and improvement work on production equipment when the line stops. Also perform any modifications, improvements, implementation of new automation systems in accordance with group standards.

Key Result Areas(Engineering)

Collaborates and offers input to planning, building, and maintaining the Automation framework and associated processes for new implementationwith global engineer.

Ensure smooth start-up of new/modified equipment together with equipment vendors.

Identify and drive change to ensure automation effectiveness of existing processes.

Understand the machine operating principle, Consequence of wear and tear parts andproduct defects.
