Our philosophy is to foster a culture where employees are valued, supported and encouraged to reach their full potential. We are an integrated team who work collaboratively with multiple professionals from local authority and health. We provide staff with regular supervision and hold a weekly meeting to discuss complex cases in a multidisciplinary arena.

Our service offers secondary mental health care for adults living with dementia and people diagnosed with mental ill health over the age of 65. Our team work closely with the Young Onset Dementia Service.
