Our well established Kirkcaldy based client are looking for a Finance Administrator for a minimum of 3 months on a temporary basis.

You will join a small , busy team where you will be expected to provide a professional and timely accounting service in respect to assigned duties within the finance function.

You will also take responsibility and ownership for the accuracy of finance transactions and fulfil regular reconciliations to demonstrate this being achieved. Key duties will include:

Maintain the Ledgers including the timely processing of sales and purchase invoices.
Maintain frequent reconciliation of customer/supplier accounts and manage the process of queries from notification to resolution.
Assist with the daily role of Finance Manager, including chasing overdues, and administrative tasks
Assist with the daily role of invoice processing and validation
Taking a supporting role in creating and defining process documents for the Finance Function
