We are currently looking for a new General Manager to join our team of brilliant, like-minded managers.

Westerham is a small, affluent, town in Kent with excellent road links to the surrounding area. It’s popular with tourists there are a number of National Trust Houses nearby, it’s well known as the gateway to the southeast.

The George & Dragon sits within the Bel & The Dragon estate and was opened in July 2022 so it’s still looking good as new……it’s practically box fresh! Bel & The Dragon are a collection of 6 Boutique Country Inns with relaxed, yet luxurious, decor paired with premium food and drink. They're perfect for a special occasion or get-together but also guests are equally as welcome to relax by the fire for the afternoon with a coffee.

The George & Dragon has 13 luxurious bedrooms, a private dining room and quirky nooks to hide away and enjoy a peaceful afternoon in front of a roaring fire.
