Job Introduction

As a Kitchen Porter for Sodexo in West Kirby Grammar School, Graham Road, West Kirby, Wirral, CH48 5DP, you will be a key part of the kitchen team. You'll be responsible for maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness within the kitchen and food & beverage preparation areas. What You’ll Do
• Washing all crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils and equipment, food service equipment.
• Ensuring that the following are kept clean and tidy and to a very high standard:
• Floors & Walls, Bins – inside and out, Crushing and disposal of cardboard and boxes, Fridges & Freezers (with assistance of chefs), Delivery areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of working areas.
