Job role: Non-Executive Director/Trustee of Manor Hall Academy Trust

Term- Term of office is 4 years unless determined by the Board.

Location - Meeting will usually take place at Loxley Hall School, Uttoxeter, Stafford, ST14 8RS. If a meeting is to take place at another location, or by Microsoft Teams, you will be informed well in advance

Who are Manor Hall Academy Trust? The Manor Hall Academy Trust (MHAT) is a Special School and Alternative Provision multi-academy trust that provides for the needs of children with Special Educational Needs, Disabilities and vulnerable learners.

MHAT is looking for a Non-Executive Director/Trustee to enhance the skills set on the Trust Board, with a particular emphasis on financial knowledge and expertise. MHAT is a growing Trust, currently composed of 16 schools.
