Job Summary:
We are currently seeking compassionate Care Assistants to join our award winning business in providing care and support to individuals in their own homes. The ideal candidate will assist clients with daily living activities, and promote their independence and well being.

Duties:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, and eating
- Support clients in maintaining their independence and dignity
- Follow care plans and communicate effectively with the care team, clients and their families
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help clients engage in social activities within the community
- Provide medication support when required
- Keep accurate records of care provided using state of the art mobile phone technology

Experience:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is desirable
