This is a fantastic opportunity for a Head of People with experience in growing and nurturing sales teams and managers to make a real difference and play a key role in Charity Link’s Senior Management Team.

The purpose of the role is to lead the People teams focusing on the commercial priorities of recruiting, training, onboarding and retaining the very best people we can while managing the HR function to provide a full, professional, efficient, and effective support to all managers and staff at Charity Link.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

• Taking full ownership and accountability of the learning and development function, including internal training programmes and management of remote-based Regional Trainers – this is likely to be the top priority and will take up the most time
