As Customer Service Executive based in Ripon, you’ll be responsible for:
• Building and maintaining excellent customers relationships
• Receiving and processing order enquiries and keeping an eye on the order status
• Liaising with suppliers regularly to source products to fulfil customer orders

• A very strong attention to detail
• Previous experience working in a customer service office environment
• To be a strong team player and to be able to work to deadlines
