We are a small local gym largely serving older gym users many on rehabilitation programmes. We are seeking to identify suitable staff who would be available to man an additional session at the gym and to staff the gym during staff absence/holidays. The gym is currently (May 24) open Mondays 9-7, Tues-Friday 9-3pm and Saturday 10-2. In the coming months we will be instituting a new evening session making opening hours on Thursday 9-7. The gym is situated off Queens Rd in Richmond.

Responsibilities

This role involves ongoing supervision of existing users to ensure safe and competent exercise prescription. Admin work includes completion of all relevant paperwork and computer records to include attendance records and database completion for all users.

Gym Instructors at the CCC will perform the following tasks as part of the role:
