Trust Junior Doctor – Ormskirk – 12 month fixed term contract

We are seeking to recruit a Trust Junior Doctor to work at the Scarisbrick Unit, located at Ormskirk District General Hospital. The post is full time, working 40 hours per week. Following an induction period, there may also be the opportunity to join the 1st On Call rota, for which additional remuneration is payable.

This post is fixed term for a period of 12 months. You will be based on the Scarisbrick Unit, which is part of Ormskirk District General Hospital. Scarisbrick Inpatient Unit is a mental health unit made up of two Inpatient wards.

As a Trust Junior Doctor, you will be able to join the Local Academic Programme that takes place on a Wednesday afternoon. You will also receive a weekly supervision session with a senior doctor.
