The Role:

This role is for a Booking Administrator to support one of our NHS hospital clients, East Kent University Hospitals NHS Trust, in delivering clinically excellent services and maintaining the highest levels of patient care in Endoscopy.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for ensuring Endoscopy lists are fully booked for each service day
• Contacting patients to book them in for endoscopic procedures
• Being a main point of contact for patient queries via telephone
• Accurate completion of inputting data onto electronic record systems following trust guidelines
• Overall admin support for clinical and operations management Endoscopy

Required and Desirable Experience:
• Experience of working within a similar role within the NHS or alternative healthcare setting is strongly preferred.
