To provide comprehensive administrative support to Bay Hospitals

Charity Team as directed by the Head of Charity and Fundraising,

including preparation of agendas, minutes and follow up on action

as required.

To be first point of contact with donors, volunteers, supporters,

Trust staff and suppliers, providing a positive ambassador for the

To support the Head of Charities with specific projects, including

supporting effective processes to report on targets and manage

funding bids.

 Responsible for the processing, importing, exporting, and other data held on the fundraising database for management purposes. Maintain practices and protocols to ensure data integrity and legal compliance are maintained.

 To support the Charity Manager with oversight of the input and maintenance of the supporter database. Implement new entries as required to ensure accurate record keeping
